Understanding the multifaceted nature of student learning is crucial for creating evidence-based interventions and strategies to support their academic achievement and overall well-being. Higher education students encounter numerous challenges that can affect their learning, including lifestyle choices, stress, mental health, and more. By investigating these factors, our lab seeks to identify the most effective ways to support students' success in higher education and inform policies and practices that may improve the educational experience for students.
